I started “Good Training” so I could better serve my clients. Over the past fifteen years, I’ve worked with all shapes, sizes and body types. I also have an extensive background in physical therapy studies, injury rehab, and nutrition counseling.
As an A.C.E. certified personal trainer with a degree in sports management, I have experience developing fitness plans and tracking results with my clients and have published exercise programs in Men’s Health Magazine. Health and fitness have been a large part of my life over the years and I love sharing this passion with clients to help them achieve their goals.
